Mortimer Mouse (born March 22, 1989) is Mickey Mouse's rival. He and Mickey have battled each other for Minnie Mouse's effections. His name was originally meant for Mickey, but Walt Disney's wife thought the name "Mickey" seemed pompous. He didn't appear in many cartoons because of his arrogant nature. His catchphrase is "Ha-Cha-Cha!".
